Use of SquareOps
SquareOps is licensed to you for use in operating your inspection company. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity under your account.
Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate information when setting up your account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for users you invite to your account.
Trial Use
The 5 free inspection trial lets you evaluate SquareOps with real inspections. Trial terms and availability may change, and continued use after the trial requires a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse SquareOps, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
SquareOps is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as SquareOps evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
